Timothy D. Dobbins is founder and president of Cultural Architects: an innovative, consulting, and executive coaching firm. He advises and develops a diverse clientele of decision makers. Dobbins is a Fellow and guest lecturer at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an elected Fellow of the British-American Project, a fellowship of high achievers which seeks to keep the US/UK alliance strong. He is also author of Business Companion, a communications phrasebook published in eight languages (Living Language/Random House).

As an ordained Episcopal clergyman, he has taught and ministered throughout the world in the role of Third-Party/Track Two Conflict Negotiator, while strengthening and leading diverse congregations. Dobbins is a recognized expert in the field of leadership development. As an early visionary and proponent of “Cultural Architecture”, he honors the creative capacity for conscious growth and serves the evolving mission of both the leader and the organization.
